WHO ARE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Director of Talent & Culture: recruits new ambassadors, working group leaders, and directors. Interview potential candidates and finalize recruitment with the CEO. Plans and coordinates meetings with new volunteers for onboarding.

  • Director of Online Presence & Digital Engagement: manages social media, weekly posts on Instagram and LinkedIn. Manages monthly blog posts on ReTE website (for example, coordinate with ambassadors or students who are interested in contributing blog posts).

  • Research Knowledge Curator: develop subject-specific reading lists and mini-guidebook. For example, if you are a researcher focusing on the field of behavioral sciences, you would be the "Behavioral Sciences Working Group Leader" and make a comprehensive list of recommended articles, books, websites, and other resources for those who want to start research in behavioral sciences.

  • Regional Impact Leader & Executive Coordinator: start and lead a Research to Empower branch in your school/country. Plan meetings for this chapter and communicate with the CEO.
