WHO ARE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Director of Talent & Culture: recruits new ambassadors, working group leaders, and directors. Interview potential candidates and finalize recruitment with the CEO. Plans and coordinates meetings with new volunteers for onboarding.

Director of Online Presence & Digital Engagement: manages social media, weekly posts on Instagram and LinkedIn. Manages monthly blog posts on ReTE website (for example, coordinate with ambassadors or students who are interested in contributing blog posts).

Research Knowledge Curator: develop subject-specific reading lists and mini-guidebook. For example, if you are a researcher focusing on the field of behavioral sciences, you would be the "Behavioral Sciences Working Group Leader" and make a comprehensive list of recommended articles, books, websites, and other resources for those who want to start research in behavioral sciences.

Regional Impact Leader & Executive Coordinator: start and lead a Research to Empower branch in your school/country. Plan meetings for this chapter and communicate with the CEO.
